About the event

The event taking place in the Colombian Consulate in Berlin, will bring together members of the Colombian Diaspora, especially Alumni from the Universidad Nacional De Colombia and the Universidad de los Andes currently present in Germany and interested in working around Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Why it is important?

At GUA·QUYE we are engaged on contributing to increase awareness and to participate on discussions about Artificial Intelligence (AI) from the environmental and social perspective.

We are looking forward to contribute on key aspects to be considered when talking about AI, such as as AI-tools available for rural development and and environmental use, current regulation, environmental costs associated with AI, possible collaborations between Colombia and Germany, the importance of open-data, along other relevant topics.

We will focus our effort on AI for Science, Organic Agriculture, and Sustainability, one of the 8 Collaborative Round tables, as listed here:

• Table 3: AI Applied to Healthcare: From the Doctor’s Office to the Healthcare System.
